Club 1880 membership agreement

Clear terms for a private workspace.

This agreement records the commercial terms selected at checkout. It is a practical operating agreement and has not been represented as lawyer-reviewed.

1. Membership and term

Membership is invitation-only and begins on the activation date confirmed by Club 1880. The initial commitment is 12 months. Selecting monthly billing changes the payment schedule, not the length of the initial commitment.

2. Reservation payment

The payment made at reservation is the first active month’s membership fee. Club 1880 stores the payment method through Stripe for the future charges authorized by this agreement. If Club 1880 cannot provide the selected membership, the reservation payment will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

3. Monthly billing

The reservation covers the first active month. The next monthly charge occurs one month after activation and monthly after that. After the initial 12-month term, notice received during a calendar month makes the following calendar month the final paid month.

4. Annual billing

Annual billing receives a 15% discount. The annual balance, less the reservation payment, is charged when the membership is activated. The annual plan renews automatically each year unless written cancellation notice is received at least 30 days before renewal.

5. Workspace and access

Private offices and dedicated desks are permanently assigned. Flex members may reserve any available Flex Desk 1–4 and may hold no more than three future reservations. Member access is intended to be available 24/7, subject to building rules, emergencies, maintenance and temporary safety restrictions.

6. Included services

Membership includes the selected furnished workspace, high-speed WiFi, reasonable business printing and scanning, paper and toner, coffee and tea, the member kitchen, and access to building amenities that are available to Club members under the building’s rules.

7. Conduct and property

Members must follow building rules, protect access credentials, respect other members, and use the space for lawful professional work. Club 1880 may pause access when safety, non-payment, serious misconduct or a building requirement makes that necessary.

8. Billing authorization

The member authorizes only the reservation, activation balance, recurring membership charges, renewals and other amounts expressly agreed in writing. Club 1880 does not receive or store raw card details.

9. Notices

Membership, billing and cancellation notices must be sent through the member account or the Club 1880 support contact shown after activation.
