Club 1880 privacy

Your account stays private.

Club 1880 collects only the information needed to manage invitations, memberships, payments and workspace bookings. The public website does not display member information or the private workspace address.

Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your verified email address, name and basic profile information. We also keep your invitation, selected membership, agreement acceptance, payment status, assigned workspace and booking history.

How we use it

We use this information to confirm eligibility, operate your membership, prevent double bookings, communicate about the workspace, provide member support and maintain accurate billing and access records.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Club 1880 does not receive or store your full card number. We retain Stripe customer, payment and subscription references needed to administer the charges authorized by your membership agreement.

Google services

Google sign-in is used to identify your account. If calendar booking is enabled, Club 1880 uses Google Calendar only to check workspace availability and create, change or cancel the reservations you request.

Sharing

We do not sell member information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to run the club, when required by law, or when necessary to protect members, the workspace or the service.

Retention and choices

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for membership operations, legal obligations, dispute resolution and financial recordkeeping. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, although some transaction and agreement records must be retained.
